Recently had Michael from Royal Flush Plumbing come out to fix a broken ball valve, and the whole experience was excellent. The communication and coordination were quick, he arrived promptly, and the job was completed efficiently. Pricing was transparent and fair, Michael clearly explained the costs before starting and the workmanship was top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things properly. Looking back, I wish I’d called them sooner! I’ll definitely use Royal Flush Plumbing again and happily recommend them to others. Thanks again for the great service!

Had to have new dual shower head installed along with some safety handles for the bathroom, contacted RFP and was helped out through the entire process by Micheal. From purchase to installation he was very prompt, responsive, friendly and professional.completed at such a reasonable price for such an immaculate job done. Would highly recommend Micheal at RFP.

From first contact to job completion, Matt and Michael were professional, courteous and arrived earlier than anticipated. The issue turned out to be water leaking from an external air conditioning unit ingressing through some old dried out silicon, not a leaking pipe as I first thought. Regardless, Michael rectified the problem with true professionalism, taking pictures and video to show me the before and after. I had a clogged toilet at 2am. Tried some home remedies for a few hours, then when that failed I called Royal Flush at 5am, and they sent someone over before 7:30am. Skilled, friendly plumber, who fixed the issue quickly, for a very reasonable price. I called several plumbers prior to Royal Flush but none would give me a quote prior to coming over first (they would only quote a callout fee). I didn't want to commit to an unknown cost as I have financial constraints, so was very pleased to be quoted prior to committing to the service. I would highly recommend Royal Flush and will use them again if I have any further issues.

Called Matt regarding blocked drainage and new shower issues. Matt suggested a great idea of using the plunger in the kitchen myself he said if it doesn’t work he will fix it but if it does work it will save me money. So great advice that actually worked. As for installing the shower, Matt was at our place on time did the job and charged me only a reasonable amount. Top bloke very happy with service and will use him in the future again.

My hot water system died late in the afternoon and Michael from was able to come and help me out first thing the very next morning. His service was super friendly and professional and the team at Royal flush were very understanding and willing to work with my budget constraints while I waited for my next pay. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They sorted me out with a new gas hot water system and uninstalled the old electric hot water tank with no fuss.

We cant speak highly of Royal Flush. We needed a plumber last minute and they went above and beyond to make sure they could support our needs. The plumber was super professional and had great customer service. We will be using them again for sure, can’t recommend them enough.

Micheal came out to fix a blocked drain that had roots growing inside of it, service was great and professional from him, kept me in the loop about what options I had and what he could do to fix the issue, once fixed he also organised SA Water to come out and clean their end as well, couldn’t recommend anyone better

The best! Emergency plumbing call at 630pm, thier in 20min. Broke down the very affordable costs before starting work, no hiddened fees like other trades. Fast and friendly, the plumber didn't leave until he was convinced, that I was satisfied with his work. Whent above and beyond, will only call the company in the future.

Had an urgent (although not emergency) plumbing issue. Matt quoted over the phone and then fitted me in quickly and at a time that was as convenient as possible for my work schedule. Michael and his apprentice, Karim, arrived and had things sorted. Older-style plumbing so potentially problematic but Michael was aware and knew what he was doing. Pleasant, polite and professional plus cleaned up afterwards - they didn't even mind the cat supervising (or if they did, they didn't show it). Happy with the service and the price. I would definitely call them again and have already recommended them to others.

I recently had a pipe crack in the footing of my new house, Royal flush was contracted to fix it and from the first call to when it was all fixed up they where nothing less then perfect. Great communication, punctual and everything they did fitted into the time frame they gave me. Shout out to the young bloke that cut/jackhammered the concrete, fixed the pipe and cleaned up everything as good as new afterwards.

Mick is a lad. He’s good at plumbing too.

Great service! We had a big issues and Matty was a legend and resolved it. Amazing work!

Phoned Matt at 10 in the morning and he came out the same day!!! I had previously been quoted between $680 and $1700 for the job, whereby I even had to pay for the pleasure of them writing up the quote! Matt on the other hand, walked in, replaced the part with job done in less than half an hour and a fraction of the cost! A major fraction of the cost! When there is good people like this around, it’s sad to see the ‘conglomerates’ giving good plumbers a bad name. Thankfully I no longer need to do the ring around for a good honest quote and job done because now I have Matt. Recommend to everyone!

Call the boys from royal flush plumbing their response was within day They unblock my drain which first had to be unblocked by SA water Which they sorted. It was heavily raining whilst they got it done and I couldn't be more grateful thanks boys good job

I had issues with my toilet drain blocking up at my place of business, Royal Flush came out and saved the day on a Sunday morning before an event I had planned Later on in the evening. I had a chat to Matt about renovating the toilet and adding on an additional toilet and a new shower/bathroom and to my amazement he made this happen and I couldn’t be happier. The team at Royal flush came to my home and inspected a waste water blockage and told me it was outside my property and it was the responsibility of SA Water. They arranged for SA Water to attend that evening to clear the blockage. I was still having some problems so Royal Flush returned the next day and cleared a second blockage. What we originally believed was a blocked drain needing to be cleared turned into a tussle with tree roots that had invaded our pipes. Matt and the guys were terrific. They were friendly and easy to talk to, turned up when they said they would, kept us informed of developments, were up front with costs and tried to source the most economical solutions ( which we appreciated) and cleaned up upwards. Their fridge magnet containing Matt's details is staying on fridge so we can easily contact him for any future plumbing work, and we would be more than happy to recommend Royal Flush to others.

On arrival Matt was friendly, polite and got to work right away to fix my drain issue. The job was completed quickly but thoroughly and the price was extremely competitive. I had a burst pipe under a concrete pathway. The team from Royal Flush plumbing attended very promptly. They found the leak which required breaking through the concrete to repair it. They did a very efficient job and replaced the concrete perfectly at the end. All for a very reasonable price. Their services are highly recommended.
