Michael and his apprentice, Karim, arrived and had things sorted. Older-style plumbing so potentially problematic but Michael was aware and knew what he was doing. Pleasant, polite and professional plus cleaned up afterwards - they didn't even mind the cat supervising (or if they did, they didn't show it). Happy with the service and the price.
